Looking for musicians for your next special occasion or event? The Conservatory's Music to Go! program provides talented students to play or sing at weddings, parties, or corporate functions at very affordable fees. You can choose from various combinations of woodwinds, brass, strings, singers, pianists, guitarists, or jazz groups.

Who will play at your special event?

Music to Go! is part of the Conservatory's Community Service Program and is dedicated to providing you the very best musical experience at your next event.

Our ensembles and soloists are some of the most talented musicians in the country. They have successfully completed a rigorous audition to enter the Conservatory and are auditioned again to work with the Music to Go! program, so you are assured performances by top-notch musicians at extremely affordable fees.

What Types of groups are available?

Brass Trios and Quintets
Do you want to add some spark to your next event? Brass instruments are excellent for larger spaces or outdoor events. Select brilliant fanfares or jazzy tunes to create a festive atmosphere for your special occasion.

How much will it cost?

Rates depend on the number of performers, length of performance and geographical location.

Background music
$100.00 per musician for 1 hour engagements.
$90 per musician per hour for engagements 1.5 hours or longer.

Performances
$120.00 per musician per hour.

There is a booking fee of $30 for all musicians. Travel fees and a 2 hour minimum apply for jobs outside of San Francisco.
